You should note that ADGENIX LTD may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. ADGENIX LTD reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or booking training after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your place on a training course has been confirmed
When you as a customer book a training course via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:
1. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.
2. The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.
3. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
Purchasing a training course
When you purchase a training course you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and book.
Cancelling or changing a booking
If you wish to cancel a course booking more than 45 days prior your scheduled workshop date, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee minus administrative costs of £150.
If you cancel a course less than 45 days before your scheduled workshop date, you will not be entitled to a refund. You may, however, transfer your registration to another workshop or receive a credit on your account.
To transfer your registration, notification is required no less than 14 days before the originally scheduled workshop date
The workshop fee for the new workshop must be equivalent to the original workshop fee. If the fee for the new workshop is higher, you will be required to pay the difference. No refund will be given if the fee is less than the amount originally paid.
Discount Codes
Eligibility: Discount codes apply only to specified courses or products and must be used by the recipient to whom they were issued.
Expiration: Codes must be used before the expiration date and cannot be applied retroactively.
Restrictions: Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied to already discounted items.

Acceptance of an order
When a course place is booked you will receive a registration form to the email you provided during checkout. Upon completion of this form, you will receive confirmation of acceptance on your chosen course as well as more detailed information about course logistics.
Eligibility requirements
UK-Based Participants:
Participants must be one of the following:
•A registered doctor (with the General Medical Council, GMC)
•A registered nurse (with the Nursing and Midwifery Council, NMC)
•A registered dentist (with the General Dental Council, GDC)
Proof of Registration:
•A valid license number with the respective regulatory body (GMC, NMC, or GDC).
•Verification of registration with GMC, NMC, or GDC will be conducted through the respective regulatory body’s online verification service.
International Participants:
International delegates must meet the following criteria:
•Must be a qualified healthcare professional in their country of residence
•Must be allowed to practice medical aesthetics in their country of residence
•Must provide a copy of their regulatory ID or equivalent credential from their country’s professional regulatory body.
Proof of Eligibility:
•A valid regulatory ID or certificate issued by the relevant authority in their country of residence
•Verification will include a review of the regulatory ID and may involve additional correspondence with the relevant international authority.
•Delegates are solely responsible for verifying their ability to legally practice medical aesthetics in their home country. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and professional licensing requirements applicable to their practice.
•Delegates are advised to confirm with their local regulatory bodies or relevant authorities that they are authorized to practice medical aesthetics.
•Delegates should understand and adhere to any local regulations that may affect their ability to practice medical aesthetics after completing the training.
•Our institution will not be held accountable for any legal or professional repercussions that delegates may face if they are not permitted to practice medical aesthetics in their home country, regardless of their participation in our training programs.
•In the event that a delegate discovers that they are not legally allowed to practice medical aesthetics in their home country after enrolling in our training program, no refunds will be provided. The training fees are non-refundable under these circumstances.
By enrolling in our medical aesthetics training program, delegates acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this waiver. Delegates accept full responsibility for ensuring their legal eligibility to practice medical aesthetics in their home country and accept that no refunds will be issued if they are subsequently found to be ineligible.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided in the Course, including but not limited to documents, videos, and slides, are the intellectual property of the Provider.
Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use Course materials for commercial purposes without written permission from the Provider.
Liability

We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
The training provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Course.
The training provider’s total liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Course is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the Course.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the course will be resolved through mediation in the United Kingdom
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
